Based at his flagship offices in Swansea’s cutting edge SA1 waterfront community, he oversees the firm’s operations and specialises in clients’ commercial matters.
He says: “I aim to get the best commercial deals for my clients whether they’re buying or selling a business or if they’re unfortunate enough to be involved in a dispute.
“I firmly believe in mediation to resolve disputes and I advise all commercial clients on how to avoid future legal difficulties.”
His vast range of clients has included pop stars, sports heroes, financial advisors, solicitors, doctors, accountants, plumbers and builders.
Peter’s legal career began in 1988 when he joined Holt Jones and Collins in Swansea. After qualifying in 1992, he became a partner at the city’s Graham Evans and Partners. He left to form Peter Lynn and Partners.
Born in Swansea and raised in the city’s historic Morriston area, he attended Clase Junior School and Penlan Comprehensive School before gaining a law degree from Leicester.
He lives in Mayals, Swansea, with wife Sara Plant – a partner in the firm – and with their son and daughter who attend local schools.
Peter is a member of Morriston RFC and Swansea Uplands RFC and has been a committee member of various clubs and charities. He has strong connections with Mumbles Rangers FC, South Gower RFC, Swansea RFC and professional rugby region the Ospreys.
He plays golf at the Clyne club, high on Gower’s rich moorland, and at the Vale and Dinas Powis clubs near Cardiff. He coaches at Mumbles Cricket Club and is a long serving member of Morriston CC.
