Peter Lynn qualified in 1992 and worked in a number of major solicitors in Swansea before forming Peter Lynn and Partners in 1999 as a niche commercial firm with offices in Swansea, Pontardawe and Cardiff.
Peter specialises in helping small to medium sized businesses. He provides business solutions to a wide range of companies and professional bodies and he is one of the few accredited ‘Lawyers for Your Business’ solicitors operating in this area.
Peter offers a ‘cradle to grave’ service from business start-ups and drafting contacts to expansions, management buyouts and PFIs.
He is also able to offer Business Protection including risk assessment, disaster planning and essential ‘litigation awareness’ which can help avoid costly legal cases.
