8 Years and Counting: Supporting The Rucksack Appeal, Swansea
Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors are proud to continue supporting The Rucksack Appeal Swansea, an incredible initiative that they’ve backed for over 8 years, by contributing to their latest Summer campaign.
Founded by Paula Stockley, The Rucksack Appeal provides backpacks filled with essential items for people facing homelessness or rough sleeping in Swansea.
This summer, the rucksacks include practical items to cope with the heat, like sun cream, deodorant, shower gel, and wet wipes. They are distributed through Zac’s Place and Matt’s Cafe.
“We started assembling rucksacks for the homeless during Christmas 2016,” said Paula. “Since then, we’ve given out over 50 winter rucksacks and over 60 summer rucksacks every year, packed with essentials for those in need.”
Senior Partner Peter Lynn added, “Paula first asked us to support the appeal in 2017. I’m proud to say we’ve donated yearly to this vital cause.”
