Conveyancing Team Celebrates 10 Years at Leading Law Firm
Five senior members of the Residential Conveyancing Team at Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors are celebrating 10 years at the firm.
Caesar Adere, Mayda Thomas, Andrew Davies, Rebecca Jackson and Greg George all joined in 2014 and have been central to the growth of the conveyancing department which is now one of the largest in the region.
With three of the quintet (Caesar Adere, Rebecca Jackson and Greg George) being made partners during that time, their celebration is also a reflection of the excellent career pathway the firm has in place.
Caesar was made partner in 2018 followed by Rebecca and Greg in 2021, both of whom had their start at the firm as Rebeca explained.
“Greg and I both joined as trainees and at the outset, we knew there was a clear progression path in front of us, so once we had qualified, we were able to develop our careers as the firm grew,” she reflected.
In recent years, the legal practice has expanded westwards through the opening of three new offices, one in Llanelli which opened in 2020, Ammanford in 2021 and Gorseinon in 2022.
“The market has seen a surge in activity over recent years,” said Business Development Manager Andrew Davies, “and thanks to the excellent relationships we have with housing developers and local estate agents, we have been able to put down strong roots in these new areas to help the local community with their conveyancing needs”.
With a rapidly growing team of over 20 lawyers as well as support staff across 8 offices, the future is bright for the residential conveyancing department who look forward to progressing more young talent over the coming decade.
