Createwood Ltd Completes Clase Road Acquisition With Support from Peter Lynn and Partners
Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors recently acted for long-standing clients Kim and Tan of Createwood Limited in their latest acquisition, a mixed-use property in Morriston that comprises a ground-floor takeaway with accommodation above.
The transaction, managed by commercial property specialist Ashley Leung, was completed in under eight weeks and builds on an established relationship between the solicitor and property investment business.
