Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors have extended their support of an entrepreneurship programme at Morriston Primary School for another year.

Facilitated by 2B Enterprising, The Bumbles of Honeywood aims to develop valuable life and entrepreneurial skills of primary school children by learning about a community of enterprising cartoon bees.

Through a series of illustrated books and linked entrepreneurial activities, children at the primary school will learn valuable business and life skills designed to follow them through into later life.

“The children learn about taking on challenges, problem-solving, teamwork and much more,” said 2B Founder Sue Poole, “and we are delighted to have the support of Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors for a second year.”

Although paused during the pandemic, the law firm has supported this project since 2019 and has already expanded its support to other schools in the region.

“We are passionate about education and the development of students,” said partner Rebecca Jackson, “and the Bumbles of Honeywood enables the children to learn vital skills such as teamwork and communication in a fun environment.”

Head of Morriston Primary School, Alison Thomas, said, “We are always looking for innovative and engaging ways to deliver learning and will be using the Bumbles of Honeywood package as part of our effort to develop entrepreneurial and creative skills amongst our youngest learners.”
