Law Firm Facilitates Property Agency Acquisition
Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors have acted on behalf of The Greenroom in their acquisition of the established sales and lettings agency, David Morris Properties.
The independent businesses, both of which are based in the Mumbles, Swansea, are recognised names in the local property market and the deal is a reflection of The Greenroom’s ambitious plans for the coming years.
“We specialise in new homes, land and property development services across South and West Wales,” said director Nick Christofides, “and the purchase of David Morris Properties goes a long way to helping us achieve our growth goals in the years to come.”
The deal also included a new lease at the offices of David Morris Properties.
