Law Firm Recognised For Maintaining Excellent Standards
Leading Welsh law firm Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors have been recognised by the Law Society for their ongoing commitment to excellent legal practice management and client care standards.
The Lexcel 6 quality mark is the highest level of recognition in the legal sector, and the law firm is delighted at retaining a full re-accreditation for the third year in a row.
“The Lexcel audit is the kitemark for our sector,” said senior partner Peter Lynn, “so to be recognised as ‘Excellent’ year-on-year is a true reflection of the dedication, tenacity and overall hard work put in by every member of the team.”
The stringent audit evaluated all seven of the firm’s offices, including a cross-section of solicitors and support staff as well as key aspects of the business such as practice management and client care.
In preparation for the audit, Peter Lynn and Partners worked closely with local consultants, CPM21, who provide guidance and support on the Lexcel standard.
