Leading South Wales legal firm appoints new solicitor

Peter Lynn & Partners have recruited solicitor Rhodri Griffiths, who has joined the firm’s Wills, Probate and Tax Planning team.
Rhodri, who is a fluent Welsh speaker, will be based at PL&P’s Morriston office.
“We are delighted to have recruited Rhodri and I am sure he will fit in well to the firm,” said Peter Lynn, Senior Partner at Peter Lynn & Partners.
After obtaining his Diploma in Business and BA (Hons) in Marketing at Glamorgan University, Rhodri converted to Law at the University of South Wales obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Law and then studying for his Legal Practice Course at Swansea University.
Originally hailing from Carmarthen, Rhodri trained at Ungoed-Thomas & King Solicitors and previously worked at Morris Roberts Solicitors (now RedKite Law).
Rhodri, who specialises in giving advice on all aspect of Wills, Tax Planning, Care Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters, said: “I am extremely delighted to have been taken on at such a reputable firm as Peter Lynn & Partners.
“I find it extremely rewarding to be able to help people at difficult times, be it in planning their estates or dealing with Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications for when life can be less kind.
“There is always a great sense of achievement on behalf of the client, more so when you show how much money you have saved their estate by Tax Planning.”
In his leisure time Rhodri is a member of Blackwood Round Table, has been a coach with Carmarthen Athletic RFC and formerly a referee with the British Boxing Board of Control, Rhodri now concentrates his time on his young family and only referees for charity fundraisers.
