New Appointments at Growing Law Firm
Leading Welsh law firm Peter Lynn and Partners are proud to announce the appointment of two new members of staff to the team.
Victoria Morley-Jones and Jenna Osborne join the Cardiff and Ystradgynlais offices respectively and are the latest in a series of new appointments at the company.
Peter Lynn, Senior Partner said, “As part of a job creation commitment linked to a multi-million-pound investment last year, we have been actively seeking new staff across many departments and are extremely pleased to welcome Victoria and Jenna to the team.”
Victoria will head up the firm’s Cardiff office and brings a wealth of experience in the property market having spent many years operating at a senior level for a local law firm.
As Head of Residential Conveyancing in her previous role, Victoria has a proven track record in a wide range of property matters from
leasehold, shared ownership and social housing to equity release, bridging finance and new build transactions.
Victoria commented, “I am looking forward to developing the Cardiff office and relish the opportunity to build a team around me which firmly establishes our presence in the Capital City by offering an exceptional service to all clients whether individual or corporate.”
“Our Cardiff office has been a hub for commercial property work over recent years”, said Peter Lynn, “and with Victoria’s help, we can maximise the residential aspect of the property work and continue our expansion in the east of Wales.”
Jenn Osborne joins from a prominent South Wales firm and will cover the Swansea Valley area from the Ystradgynlais and Pontardawe offices.
With a primary focus on Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney; Jenna will also be available to help with conveyancing matters thanks to her experience in sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgaging and transfers of equity.
Peter commented, “Our residential conveyancing team in Swansea is going from strength to strength and we have seen a marked upturn in the number of wills and LPAs we are instructed to write, so Jenna’s skill-set was a welcome fillip to the business as a whole.”
