Peter Lynn and Partners Open New Gorseinon Office
Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors has officially opened the doors to their newly refurbished office in Gorseinon, Swansea.
The new office marks a major step forward in their expansion across the region and follows hot on the heels of their new Llanelli office, which opened last month.
Located at 16–18 Pontardulais Road, the new office sits right next door to the firm’s previous premises and has undergone a comprehensive transformation to create a bright, modern, and welcoming legal hub for clients and staff alike.

The renovation project included modernised meeting rooms, enhanced accessibility features, and ample space for the growing team, not to mention a large on-site car park at the rear of the building for both clients and staff, offering easy, stress-free access to trusted legal advice in central Gorseinon.
The new office is home to a team of experienced lawyers specialising in key areas such as Residential Conveyancing, Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as Divorce and Family Law.

Adding to the strength of the Gorseinon team is the high-profile appointment of legal expert Edward Harris, who officially joined the firm as a Consultant earlier this month.
A respected name in legal circles, Edward Harris was a partner in the family firm of Edward Harris & Son, founded in 1890 by his grandfather. Over his six-decade-long career, he has built a formidable reputation in Common Land and Village Green law, specialising in the ownership and rights related to common land, as well as the management of agricultural estates and land.
“Having Edward on board is a huge honour for us,” said Peter Lynn. “He brings with him a wealth of knowledge, particularly in specialist areas of law that few firms can offer. His track record speaks for itself, and we’re delighted to welcome him to the team.”
