Leading regional law firm Peter Lynn and Partners have invested in the future of the firm with the appointment of several new trainees and paralegals.

Ciaran Sturge, Amber Harding, Alexander Kurtz-Shefford and Dominic Dineen are all starting their legal careers across a range of departments, from company & commercial law and litigation to commercial property and family law.

The legal practice has also bolstered the residential conveyancing and Wills departments thanks to the appointments of Denise Harris and Lucy Conway alongside legal secretaries Sian Bradford and Deborah Matthews.

“It’s an exciting time for the firm” said senior partner Peter Lynn, “and we are delighted to welcome on board these new members of staff and look forward to seeing their careers develop.”

The appointments are a reflection of the firm’s commitment to investing in new talent and the value they place in giving young lawyers the opportunity to kick-start their careers.

“We have fruitful links with the major educational providers in the region,” continued Peter, “and as one of the largest law firms in Swansea, we take on 15 to 20 work placements each year, and it’s these placements that are the key to identifying new talent.”

So far this year, the firm has welcomed on board over 10 new paralegals and offered trainee contracts to 6 and many of our new solicitors have come through this route.

The appointments are a reflection of the growing demand for the services of the Swansea based firm, who have several offices throughout the city and recently celebrated 20 years in business.

“We have an aggressive growth strategy in place,” said Peter, “and will shortly be announcing a series of additional appointments as well as a geographical expansion that will increase the size of the firm even further”.
