Stephanie Kift-Harries

After a period of maternity leave, we are proud to announce the full-time return of Stephanie Kift-Harries to our Mumbles Office.

Stephanie, who specialises in residential conveyancing, will be based at the office on Newton road and will manage property transactions in Sketty, Killay, Dunvant, Mumbles and Gower.

Stephanie brings an experienced skillset of excellent communication and organizational skills combined with speed and accuracy. This winning combination has been recognised by agents and clients alike, many of whom are looking to working with Stephanie once more.

This year, people all over the world will be marking the 400th anniversary of the death of William Shakespeare with plays and stage performances, and Swansea based Fluellen Theatre are no different.

Fluellen, who are one of Wales’ more prolific producers of classical theatre, will present a year of celebration in 2016 with four major Shakespeare productions – a history, a comedy, a tragedy and his last play.

Swansea’s leading law firm, Peter Lynn and Partners, recently sponsored the launch of Pen Y Bryn School’s latest book – Swansea City Football Club – sales of which will go to Welsh charity, Ty Hafan.

The book features interviews and drawings of Swansea City Football Club players and was compiled by students of the school. It is the first book to include stickers of the student’s drawings as well as an innovative QR code that when scanned, features the voice of Kevin Johns narrating the book.
