Our People

Sophie specialises in care work. Based at the firm's SA1 office, she joined Peter Lynn and Partners in 2003 as a paralegal before rising to trainee solicitor level then qualifying in 2005.

She has been a partner since October 2009. She says: "Children and families face so many challenges in today's society that I am pleased to be able to help. Society has many challenges, from relationship issues to matters arising through social services involvement, and it is my job to guide those facing these hurdles as best I can."

She is a committee member of the Swansea Law Society and is a former president of the society's Swansea Junior Lawyers Division.

In 2009, Sophie became the first winner of the Basil Richards Memorial Award. Presented by the Associated Law Societies of Wales, it recognises young solicitors who have made a significant contribution to the work of their local Law Society.
