Having graduated from Keele University in Staffordshire with a BA Hons in Law & English, Catrin went on to study at the College of Law, Chester before pursuing her chosen career path of becoming a solicitor and joined Peter Lynn & Partners in 2006.
Catrin is an Accredited Member of The Law Society's Family Law Panel and is an integral part of the Peter Lynn legal team at Swansea's Head Office in Langdon House, SA1.
Catrin has over 30 years experience in dealing with complex cases involving financial division on divorce. she offers clear, focused advice tailored towards problem solving and pragmatic, efficient, resolution of disputes.
Catrin has a wealth of experience in Pension sharing of Police, Armed Forces and NHS Pensions to include the instruction of Pension Actuaries within the process.
Being from a farming family, Catrin has a particular interest and experience in dealing with the farming assets within a divorce and the complexities of intergenerational farming business ownership. She has successfully dealt with several high value farming divorces.
